摘要
在新疆农用地利用现状及其效益情况分析的基础上,应用DEA模型对新疆农用地利用效率进行了评价。结果表明:农业发展水平越高,DEA有效值越高,反之,DEA有效值越低;从土地投入与产出两个方面分析的新疆各地州DEA有效性,呈现南疆最高、北疆次之、东疆最低的格局,以及非DEA的区域性存在着不同的差异;总体而言,新疆农用地利用效益还有较大的增长空间,同时以水定农用地利用规模的原则不能动摇。
On the basis of Xinjiang's agricultural land use situation and its benefits, this paper applies data envelope analyzed (DEA) theory and model to evaluate the using efficiency of agricultural land in Xinjiang. The DEA validity of various regions in two aspects of land investment and land output was analyzed. The results show that Xinjiang- south's validity is the highest, Xinjiang- north takes sccond place, and Xinjiang- east's is the lowest; the non - DEA is different among various regions; The higher level of agricultural development is , the higher the DEA valid value is, conversely, the lower of the DEA will be; overall, there is large room for growth of agricultural land using efficiency in Xinjiang.
