摘要
苦豆子种子经硫酸铵分级沉淀得到苦豆子蛋白粗提物。分别采用平板扩散法对苦豆子蛋白粗提物进行了抑制2种典型真菌(意大利青霉菌和交格链孢菌)的活性实验。结果表明,0.5 g/mL 30%、40%和50%硫酸铵沉淀的苦豆子蛋白粗提物对两种真菌都有很好的抑制作用。凝集活性检测实验表明,苦豆子种子抗菌蛋白有可能是凝集素。苦豆子蛋白粗提物的提取和抗真菌活性的研究可为以后抗菌药物的研制以及培育抗菌转基因植物提供基础资料。
The crude toxin protein was obtained from the seeds of bitter beans ( Sophora alopecuroides L. ) by the ammonium sulfate fractionation precipitation. The crude toxin protein inhibit the activity of two kinds of typical fungi. The results showed that the crude toxin protein have obvious inhibitive effect on PeniciUium italicum and Alternaria alternate by 0.5 g/mL 30%, 40%, and 50% ammonium sulfate fracfionation precipitation trealment. The crude toxin proteins were tested for the agglutinating activity. The results showed that the antimicrobial protein of bitter beans might contain the lectin. This study may provide some scientific evidences for manufacturing antimicrobial drug and breeding transgenic antimicrobial plants.
