摘要
通过实验对NH4+-KI-NaClO显色体系法和纳氏试剂法两种牛奶中铵盐检测方法的实验条件及所需试剂、加入顺序、用量、检测下限等影响因素进行了大量的研究,并对两种检测方法做了比较和分析,最终确定出NH4+-KI-NaClO显色体系法为最佳方法,对NH4+的检出下限可达到16.82μg/mL。此方法灵敏度高,所用试剂种类少,试剂有效期长,易于保存,受其它盐类的影响较小,操作简单,检测费用低廉,易于推广,适合于牛奶收购现场及其他野外检测的环境。
In this paper two methods for rapid detection of ammonium salt in fresh milk, NH4^+ - KI- NaClO method and nessler method, were studied through the test, and some factors were systematically observed and optimuzed. NH4^ + - KI- NaClO method was confirmed as the best one through comparative analysis. Under the optimum operation conditions, the lowest quantity limit of ammonium salt detected was 16.82 μg/mL milk. The test phenomenon showed that the method was sensitive, simple, moreover it is very cheap and convenient to inspect, also it is simple and easy to apply.
