摘要
目的了解人蛋白酶体α亚基PSMA7在多种肿瘤细胞的表达情况。方法通过Western blot检测比较PSMA7在不同肿瘤细胞中的表达水平。结果Westernblot检测显示PSMA7在所有检测细胞中广泛表达。与人胚肾293T细胞(正常细胞对照)相比,PSMA7在A549,BACP-37,HeLa,HO-8910,MCF-7和NCI-H446细胞中差异无显著性(均P>0.05),而在Lovo中表达降低(P<0.05),SW480中增高(P<0.05)。与人chang肝细胞(正常细胞对照)相比,PSMA7在肝癌细胞系Bel7402和QGY7703中差异无显著性(P>0.05),在SMMC7721和HepG2中明显增高(P<0.05)。结论PSMA7在肿瘤细胞中广泛表达,具有一定的组织特异性。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of PSMA7 in different tumor cells for further study. Methods The monoclonal antibody against PSMA7 was used to identify the expression of PSMA7 in tumor cells by Western blot. Results Western blot analysis showed that PSMA7 was widely expressed in turnout cells examined. Compared with human embryo kidney cell line (control) , PSMA7 expression were not different in cell lines of A549, BACP- 37, Hela, HO8910, MCF -7 and NCI - H446, (P 〉0. 05) ,but signifeantty decreased in Lovo cell line (P 〈0. 05) and significantly increased in SW480 cell line ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with human chang liver cell (control) , there were no difference of PSMA7 expression in hepatoma carcinoma cell lines Be17402 and QGY7703 ( P 〉 0. 05 ), while the PSMA7 expression was significantly increase in SMMC7721 and HepG2 (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion PSMA7 is widely expressed in tumour cells with some degrees of tissue specificity.
