钯碳催化的酮与伯醇的α-烷基化反应 被引量:1

摘要 以环己烯为活性氢接受体,1,4-二氧六环为溶剂,在Pd/C催化下酮可以有效地与伯醇进行α-烷基化反应生成偶联酮,产率43%~78%,其结构经^1H NMR,IR和MS表征。提出了可能的催化反应机理。 Coupled ketones in yield of 43% -78% were synthesized by α-alkylation of ketones with primary alcohols using Pd/C as a catalyst and cyclohexene as a hydrogen acceptor in dioxane. The structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR and MS. The possible reaction mechanism was suggested.
