摘要 以烟酸为起始原料,设计并合成了一系列葡萄糖残基负载的水溶性NADH辅酶模型物,其结构经1H NMR表征。 A series of water soluble NADH models based on β-D-glucose residue were designed and synthesized using nicotinic acid as the starting material. The structures were characterized by ^1H NMR.
