摘要
以3-氰基吡啶(2)为原料,经氧化、氯化和水解反应合成了2-氯烟酸(1),总收率75.1%,其结构经IR和MS表征。最点考察了影响氧化反应的因素,最佳氧化反应条件为:2410 mmol,n(H2O2)∶n(2)=1.2∶1.0,在钨酸盐催化下于70℃反应8 h,收率92.2%。
2-Chloronicotinic acid(1 ) in total yield of 75.1% was synthesized from 3-cyanopyridine (2) by the reaction of oxidation, chlorination and hydrolysis. The structure was identified by IR and MS. The appropriate oxidation conditions in yield of 92.2% at 70 ℃ for 8 h were as follows: 2 was 410 retool; n(H2O2) :n(2) was 1.2:1.0.
