摘要
以D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐和硫酸钴为原料,合成了D-氨基葡萄糖-Co(Ⅱ)配合物(1),其结构经UV,IR和TG表征。结果显示,在1的分子结构中,D-氨基葡萄糖与Co2+采用1∶1的配位方式。
D-glucosamine-Co( Ⅱ ) complex was synthesized by the reaction of D-glucosamine hydrochloride with Cobalt sulfate. The structure was characterized by UV, IR and TG. The result showed that the D-glucosamine and Co^2+ was 1 : 1 coordination in the complex.
