国产帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症的对照研究

A Comparative study of domestic-made Olanzapine augmentation of paroxetine on the treatment-resistant depression

目的观察国产帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法采用门诊顺序将60例难治性抑郁症患者随机平均分为研究组(国产帕罗西汀联合国产奥氮平)和对照组(国产帕罗西汀加安慰剂),在治疗前、治疗后4、8、12周末分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗4周后研究组HAMD总分及各因子分比治疗前明显降低,且治疗因子分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。不良反应两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of domestic-made Olanzapine augmentation of Paroxetine on the Treatment resistant depression. Methods Sixty medical outpatients with depressive disorders who were fit for the Diagnostic criteria of mental disorders were randomly divided into thetherapeutic group and the control group. Hamilton Rating Scale of Depression （HAMD） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects at the end of the fourth week,the eighth week and the twelfth week. Results There were significant differences on the scorces of HAMD between the two groups at the end of the fourth week（P〈0.01）. However, There were no remarkable differences on the scorees of TESS between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Olanzapine may be a useful and safe adjunct to domestic-made Paroxetine in treatment of refractory depression.
