摘要
膝关节损伤在网球运动中发生率较高,不同程度地影响着患者的学习、工作、生活、训练以及身心健康。为了尽量减少和避免网球运动中膝关节损伤的发生,更好地进行网球教学、网球训练、网球锻炼,在查阅大量文献的基础上,从生理学、解剖学、训练学、医学等方面对损伤的发生原因进行了分析,并介绍了对膝关节损伤常见类型的治疗及康复方法。最后,有针对性地提出了预防膝关节损伤的方法措施。
Knee--joint loses study about, job, life, training being hit by occurrence rate comparatively highly, being affecting a patient to varying degrees in tennis ball motion as well as physically and mentally healthy. Occurrence that knee--joint loses for try one's best to fall off, and avoiding in tennis ball motion, teaching, tennis ball training, tennis ball carrying out tennis ball much better take exercise, on the author basis in looking up large amount of document, from physiology, anatomy, aspect such as study of training, medical science have carried out analysis on the occurrence cause harming, and have introduced treating and the ,method recovering from the illness losing the common type to knee--joint. Have the pertinency field to have brought forward the measure taking precautions against the method that knee--joint injures finally.
