土木工程专业技能型人才培养实践教学体系的构建

受传统教学思想和观念的影响,现行的实践教学体系已不能满足土木工程专业技能型本科人才培养的要求,必须将理论教学与实践教学予以整体设计,构建"三系统、四模块、六平台"的实践教学体系,并注意做好加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,强化教学管理等方面的问题,方可使培养出来的土木工程专业学生成为社会适应能力强、具有较强实践技能和创新能力、符合社会需要的技能型人才.

Because of influence of the traditional teaching thought and the idea, present practice teaching system oneself cannot satisfy the civil engineering professional skill undergraduate course personnel training the request. It is necessary to give the theoretical teaching and the practice teaching the overall design, the construction ＂three systems, four modules, six platforms＂ practice teaching system, and pay attention to strengthen ＂the double teacher＂ aspect troop construction, to strengthen teaching management questions. The civil engineering college major should be developed to become the social adaptation ability strong, to have the strong practice skill and innovation ability, to conform to the social need skill talented person.
