对开放教育教学中数学课程导学问题的思考

摘要 在开放教育模式下,学生以在职、业余、自主学习为主,教师由知识的传授者、学习成绩的评判者转化为学习方法的指导者、学习活动的组织者。这种转化要求教师以满腔的热忱去接近学生,了解学生,给学生提供恰到好处的帮助和指导。对于数学这门自学困难较大的学科,教师如何进行有效导学尤为重要。 Under the mode of open education, students have their daily jobs, so they mainly learn by themselves in their free time, and teachers change the roles from initiators of knowledge, and judgers of the students'grades to mentors of learning methods, and organizers of activities. This change asks the teachers to be close to students with whole efforts to understand students, to offer them reasonable help and guidance. Since math is a quite hard subject for students to learn by themselves, it is especially important for teachers to do the available guide -teaching.
