摘要
针对军队干部评价存在的问题,通过引入模糊综合评判方法建立模型对干部进行评价。不仅能客观反映干部素质的真实情况,使定性描述定量化,而且能够分出程度差异,对干部素质做出综合评价,为干部的评估、选拔任用提供科学可靠的参考。
Use Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) to set up a FCE model to evaluate a cadre,the model can objectively reflect the true quality of a cadre,make the description quantization.And with this model,we can also know which level a cadre should belong to,so as to give a comprehensive evaluation to the cadre,which provides a foundation for the cadres' evaluation and appointment.
