摘要
针对宁南山区降水少、蒸发量大、暴雨频繁且集中，易产生地表径流和水土流失严重等特点，而建立的以水窖蓄流为主的“微水源型蓄流节灌农业新体系”，其主要内容包括不同土体质地的三种窖型结构及建窖工艺，三种不同档次的节水灌溉配套技术，及微水源型蓄流节灌农业的增产节水试验效果及推广情况。
In the mountain area of Ningxia,the precipitation is little but the evaporation is strong,rainstorms are frequent from July to September,it is apt to produce surface runoff with heavy loss of water and soil.The paper introduces a whole set of water cellar techniques,tellingpeople how to construct and maintain a cellar and how to effectively use the cellar. \ \
