摘要
为了筛选野生马兰优良类型,在浙江省丽水地区收集了野生马兰10个类型,并分春、夏、秋、冬4个季节对野生马兰10个类型的总酸、总糖、Vc、P、Ca、K、Fe含量分别进行检测分析。结果表明,野生马兰10个类型之间,除了P、Ca的含量无显著差异外,总酸、总糖、Vc、K、Fe的含量均有显著差异。总体评价后,M8、M5、M4、M1、M25种类型的营养成分含量相对较高。
In order to select wild Kalimeris indica fine types, 10 types of K. indica were collected in Lishui, Zhejiang, total sugar, total acid, and contents of Vc.P.Ca.K.Fe of 10 types were examined and analysed with different 4 seasons. The results showed there weren't significant difference among P and Ca contents of 10 types, whereas there were significant difference among total sugar, total acid, and contents of Vc.P.Ca.K.Fe of 10 types. Through the total estimate, Ms.Ms.M4.M1.M2 nutrient contents were relatively high.
