浅谈高职院新生班主任工作

On the Work of Head Teachers of New College Students in Vocational Colleges

文中结合笔者多年来的班主任工作经验,总结了管理一年级的原则和具体做法。阐述了在高职院学生较多的情况下,要关心学生、增强学生自我管理能力、发现学生的闪光点、加强党建工作,切实提高老师的修养,履行好教育服务的使命。

Combined with the author＇ an experience of being a head teacher, this paper sums up the experience, concludes the policy and methods of managing fresh students.Now,student numbers in vocational and technical colleges are very huge,in order to fulfill the mission of education, head teachers should take care of students,intensify their ability of self-management,seek their goodness, strengthen the work of CPC construction and improve teachers＇ cultivation truly.
