摘要
高校辅导员工作有其特殊性,单纯依靠经济契约难以培养一支高水平的辅导员队伍。文中试图以"心理契约"理论为基础,分析高校辅导员对学校心理契约的特点,提出高校在辅导员队伍建设中应充分重视"心理契约"的应用并不断巩固和完善,以激发辅导员工作的积极性和创造性,使辅导员队伍良性可持续发展。
As the work of college counselor is particular, it is difficult to build a high-level counselors' team simply relying on economic contract.This paper tries to,based on the psychological contract theory,analyze the characteristics of counselors responding to the psychological contract;suggests that the teaming building should fully center on the psychological contract to stimulate the initiative and creativity of college counselors,thus enable the sustainable development of counselors' team.
