船用钢板切割车间生产调度优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 车间生产调度问题是企业生产管理系统中需要解决的重要问题之一.结合某船厂切割车间的实际情况,从生产布局、加工能力和生产工序方面分析了切割车间存在的主要问题,提出了基于优先调度法则和成组技术的车间生产调度优化方案,并通过计算对优化前后的切割效率进行了比较,进一步验证了通过生产调度优化实现生产效率提高这一结论. Production scheduling is one of the important problems which should be settled in the production management system of enterprises. Combining the fact of cutting workshop of a shipyard company, several problems are analyzed in this article such as production location, procedure capacity and production order, and the optimal method of production scheduling is given based on the principals of production scheduling and group technology. Finally, by comparing the two calculating results of cutting efficiency, it can be concluded that the optimization of production scheduling can improve the production efficiency.
