摘要 研究一种高精度测量气体中水分含量的方法及装置.在玻纤滤筒里面装入适量的超细玻璃纤维,当含有水雾的气体通过装有玻璃纤维的采样管时,多种过滤机制使水雾与玻璃纤维表面发生碰撞而沉降到纤维表面,通过称量测量前后玻璃纤维滤筒的质量差,可计算出气体的水分含量.结果表明:选择合适的玻璃纤维直径,可使玻璃纤维过滤层的收集效率大于99%;选择高纯度的玻璃纤维,可以减小其在烘箱中的失重.当玻璃纤维纯度为99.5%时,经7 h加热后,失重小于0.1 mg.玻璃纤维过滤法比吸附法和光学法测量精度高,且重复性和稳定性好,测量结果不受环境及气体温度的影响. A new method for measuring the moisture content in gas with high accuracy is presented.The principle of this method is:superfine fibreglass is filled in a filter tube which is fixed in the sampling pipe.When the gas containing moisture flows through the sampling tube filled with fiberglass,the collision between the water mist in gas and the fiberglass will occur,and the water mist settle down on the surface of the fibreglass.The moisture content in gas can be calculated according to the mass difference of the filter tube.It is shown that the collection rate of the water mist can be higher than 99% only if the fibreglass of suitable diameter is selected.The fibreglass of high purity can decrease itself loss weight in oven.Its loss weight can be less than 0.1mg after heating 7h when the purity of the fiberglass is 99.5%.The fibreglass filter method has higher measuring accuracy,better repeatability and stability than adsorption method and optics method,and its measuring results are not affected by environment and gas temperature.
