摘要
根据EBZ-160型掘进机工作机构受力情况推导出回转台的受力计算公式,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行应力分析,得出回转台最危险工况、危险截面及最大应力值,为回转台优化设计提供理论依据。
According the forces of load on the working mechanism of road header EBZ-160, the calculating formulates of the forces on the turntable are derived. The stress analysis of turntable is carried out by the analytic software ANSYS. Through the medium of analysis found out the most dangerous conditions, the dangerous sections and the maximum stress. The study provides theoretical basis for design and optimization of turntable.
