摘要
利用FLUENT软件对液压支架液控单向阀流场进行数值模拟,得到了阀道的压力分布、动压分布、速度矢量分布图和流线图,并对阀芯所受稳态液动力进行理论计算,为阀的结构优化提供参考。
The hydraulic controlled check valve is simulated by using the Huent sottware, The pressure distribution, dynamic pressure distribution, velocity distribution and path lines are obtained. The static fluid force on spool face is theoretically computed. The study offers a reference to structure optimization of the valve.
