马粟树籽提取物(迈之灵)治疗肢体创伤的临床研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察马粟树籽提取物(迈之灵)治疗肢体骨折软组织肿胀的临床疗效及其对损伤指标——血清过氧化氢酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSH)、过氧化脂质(LPO)等水平的影响。方法四肢骨折软组织创伤患者1944例。采用双盲法,随机抽样分成治疗组1296例,对照组648例,治疗组口服迈之灵片治疗,对照组口服安慰剂药丸治疗,分别进行疗效观察研究。治疗组抽取61例患者测量用药前后血清SOD、GSH、LPO值。结果临床观察组有效率为94.6%,显效率为75.5%,对照组有效率为48.4%,显效率为35.2%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肢体创伤肿胀病人患者血清均存在高水平LPO及低水平SOD、GSH。结论迈之灵治疗肢体骨折软组织肿胀效果明显,值得临床推广应用。其拮抗氧自由基损伤可能是迈之灵治疗肢体骨折、软组织损伤的机制之一。 Objective To observe the curative effect of Aescuven forte on the treatment of soft tissue swelling due to fracture and the influence of damage indexs, such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), the Guguangantai reductases (GSH), lipid peroxide (LPO), and so on. Methods A total of 1 944 patients with limb fracture soft tissue trauma were randomly divided into a treatment group (1 296 patients) and a control group (648 patients). The patients in the treatment group were treated with Aescuven forte pills, while the control group with placebo pills. The curative effect was observed. 61 patients from the treatment group were selected to survey the pre-and post medication respectively: blood serum SOD, GSH, and the LPO value. Results In the clinical treatment group, the effective rate was 94. 6 %, the obvious effective rate was 75.5%, while in the control group, effective rate was 48.4%, and the obvious effective rate was 35.2%. The difference has statistical significance (P〈0. 05). The blood serum of limb trauma swelling patients had high LPO level and low SOD and GSH level. Conclusion The effect of Aescuven forte's is obvious on the treatment of soft tissue swelling due to fracture. The function of antagonistic oxygen free radical injury might be part of the mechanism of Aescuven forte for limb fracture and soft tissue damage.
