摘要
本文提出了多果定原药含量的离子对高效液相色谱测定方法。经过方法验证试验,该法测定多果定原药的平均回收率为100.4%;标准偏差为0.985;变异系数为1.1%;线性相关系数为0.9999。
An analytical method for the determination of dodine by ion-pair HPLC was introduced in this paper. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.985; the average recovery was 100.4% ; the coefficient of variation was 1.1% ; the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.
