摘要
本文叙述了采用高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇∶水作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(253nm),测定了噻虫嗪25%水分散粒剂的含量。结果表明,方法的标准偏差为0.046;变异系数为0.18%;平均回收率为99.65%。线性相关系数为0.9996。
A quantitative analytical method for Thiamethoxam 25% WG by HPLC, Using methanol＋water=60＋40 （V/V） as mobile phase, Kromasil C lS column and UV detector （253nm） was described . The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0.046, 0.18%, 99.65%and 0.999 6 respectively.
