综述了制粉工业消化吸收国外先进技术,并结合我国制粉技术工艺特点,采用自动控制系统实现小麦粉生产过程的计算机控制和管理,其中包括小麦的自动着水、粉质的在线检测、磨辊轧距的自动控制以及PLC的运用。
