华南师范大学大学生亚健康状况调查与分析

目的调查华南师范大学大学生亚健康状况及影响因素,探讨大学生亚健康状况诊断标准。方法选华南师范大学2003～2006级大一到大四的2000名大学生,分别在校本部、大学城校区、南海校区按文理科随机发调查问卷,进行统计分析。结果平均分为64.7分,统计得分主要集中在58.5～69.1之间,中心点在64.7分。学生的健康状况在一、二年级之间和二、三年级之间变化明显,而三、四年级之间没有明显变化,从躯体方面看一、二年级之间明显提升,但到三、四年级又回到了入学前,心理方面在一、二年级之间有明显提升,后面则变化不明显,但在三、四年级之间学生在社会适应方面有大幅提升,男女生之间、文理科学生之间、不同校区学生之间健康状况没有显著差异。结论该调查结果可以看作是一个常模,总分低于平均分64.7或3个子条目有1项低于平均分,都可以被认为是亚健康可疑者,差值越大可能性越高;大学生的健康状况与入学时间有显著关系。

Objective To investigate the state of sub-health of South China Normal University students and analysis the diagnostic criteria for the sub-health.Methods The sample is 2000 students from freshman to senior of South China Normal University from 2003 to 2006,which is selected randomly from three campuses of South China Normal University.Results Results of statistical analysis show that the average score is divided into 64.7 points,scored mainly concentrated in the statistics 58.5 to 69.1,and 64.7 points in the center.From a physical point of view,first and second-year students improved significantly,but the conditions of three and fourth grade turn back,and psychological aspects in the first two years the improved significantly,it did not change significantlybehind,but in the third and fourth grade students have a substantial upgrade in the social adaptation.There is no significant difference between boys and girls,and students from different majors and campuses.Conclusion The conclusion is the survey results can be seen as a norm,scores 64.7 points lower than the average or one of three sub-items below average entry points can be considered to be suspicious of sub-health,and the greater the possibility of higher margin;The health of students has a significant relationship with the time when they in the University.
