3种方法检测尿隐血和红细胞的对比分析

目的为临床检测尿红细胞提供简便的、准确的、客观的检测方法。方法用尿干化学法、UF-100型尿沉渣全自动分析仪以及镜检法3种方法对500例尿红细胞同时进行检测。结果三者结果不完全相符。结论UF-100型全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测法值得临床推广;干化学法适合作为筛选方法;镜检法可作为仪器法和干化学法的有力补充。

Objective To investigate a convenient,accurate and objective examination of urinary red blood cell.Methods Examinedred blood cell of 500 urinary samples with dry chemical method,UF-100 entire automatic urinary sediment analyzer method and microscopic method respectively.Rusults The examination results by these 3 methods are different.Conclusion UF-100 entire automaticurine slime analyzer is worth popularizing in clinical practice,dry chemical methods suit for filtration and microscopic method can be a supplement to UF-100 entire automatic urine slime analyzer and dry chemical method.
