摘要
以邻香草醛和4,4'-二氨基二苯醚为原料合成的双邻香草醛(二苯醚)苯亚胺配体与四氯化钛反应制备双邻香草醛(二苯醚)苯亚胺钛络合物,并以S iO2-PEG复合物为载体制备载体化新型四齿配体烯烃聚合催化剂,考察PEG改性对S iO2的影响及载体催化剂的聚合性能.结果表明,改性后可将PEG链接到S iO2载体表面;在50℃、A l/Ti摩尔比为1 500时,催化剂活性最高,达到3.21×106g/(mol.h),A l/Ti摩尔比为1 000时,聚合物相对分子质量达到最大值4.01×105.
A novel supported [ di ( o-vanillin-4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether] tetradentate titanium catalyst was prepared by immobilization of the tetradentate titanium complex on surface modified SiO2 particles by PEG. IR and TG analysis demonstrated that the PEG molecule is chemically linked to the SiO2 surface. Ethylene polymerization showed that the SiO2 supported [ di( o-vanillin-4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether] tetradentate titanium catalyst had a very high catalytic activity compared to the original tetradentate titanium complex. Optimum ethylene polymerization activity up to 3.21 × 10^6 g/( mol·h) can be obtained at the polymerization temperature of 50 ℃ and Al/Ti molar ratio of 1500. The molecular weight of polyethylene product up to 105 can conveniently be reached by this supported catalyst.
