摘要
目的探讨外伤患者术前存在的心理反应及相应的护理干预,减少患者不良心理的方法。方法对316例外伤患者术前存在的心理反应进行调查分析,针对患者不同的心理反应进行护理干预。结果外伤患者术前均有不同程度的心理反应,护理干预可以有效地减轻患者的心理压力。结论对骨科外伤术前患者实施护理干预可以明显减轻患者的心理压力,保证麻醉和手术的顺利进行。
Objective Investigate the existence of preoperative patients with traumatic psychological reaction and the corresponding nursing intervention to reduce the patients with adverse psychological approach. Methods 316 patients with trau- matic exist to investigate the psychological response analysis, for patients with different psychological reactions to nursing intervention. Results Trauma patients with varying degrees of psychological reactions, nursing interventions can effectively reduce the patient＇s psychological stress. Conclusion Orthopedic trauma patients preoperative nursing intervention can significantly reduce the psychological stress of patients to ensure that anesthesia and surgery carried out smoothly.
