摘要 介绍了一种新型的49S石英晶体振荡器生产设备-晶体自动摆料机。该设备用于自动高效地完成激光打标前的晶体元件整理及摆盘操作。设备整体结构设计紧凑、灵巧,控制系统以AT89C51单片机为核心,程序设计充分考虑了操作简便及智能功能。详细阐述了设备的工作原理、机械结构和电控系统。 A novel crystal elements automatic arrangement machine for 49S crystal elements making was introduced in this paper. The machine was used to arrange the raw elements automatically and efficiently onto the conveyer trays before they were laser label marked. The machine has a compact and reasonable structure and uses an AT89C51 single-chip computer as its control center. In the design of the software, easy operation and intelligent function are fully considered. Its working principle, mechanical structure and the control system were discussed in detail.
