摘要 为研究真空环境对超声电机性能的影响,对其进行真空环境实验研究。施加不同的预压力在低、高真空环境下对超声电机的转速、转矩及温升进行测量并与常态下相比较。实验结果表明,超声电机可在真空环境下工作,但性能与常态不同。 In order to study the effect of vacuum environment on the ultrasonic motor, it is necessary to carry out the vacuum environment experiment. By applying different pre-pressure, the speed, torque and temperature of the ultrasonic motor in low and high vacuum have been tested and compared with the normal condition. The experiment shows that the ultrasonic motors can operate in vacuum, but the performance is different from that in normal condition.
