The batch-dynamic aerobic fermentation is a new technique for municipol refuse composting. The key point of the technique is uniform discharging by layer from the bottom of fermentation tank. The paper presented a design method for the varinble screw for this demand, and gave the law of parameters variation of the screw by theoretical analysis, and took the example to illustrate the specific design method.
