楚雄州核桃产业发展现状与对策

Current Situation and Strategy for Walnut Industry Development of Chuxiong Prefecture

分析楚雄州在核桃产业发展中存在着规模化、基地化、产业化水平低,管理粗放,果实加工技术落后等问题以及楚雄州自然条件优越,品种优良,土地资源丰富等发展核桃产业的有利条件.提出了加大资金投入力度,规范苗木生产,实施低产林改造,坚持适地适树,改进烘干方式,提高产品质量,实行无公害和标准化栽培等发展措施.

The current situation of walnut industry development in Chuxiong prefecture was analyzed from advantages such as superior natural conditions, fine quality variety and rich land resource; and disadvantages including small scale, few development base, low industrilization, extensive management, lag in technology of nut processing. The development measures including enlarging fund investment, standardizing the production of seedlings, low production forest improvement, matching species with the site, improving the method for baking to increase the quality of nut, non-polluted and standarized cultivation were proposed.
