急性淋巴细胞白血病的健康教育

Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Health Education

目的探讨对急性淋巴细胞白血病患者实施出院时健康教育的作用。方法对32例急性淋巴细胞白血病患者及家属采用一对一的教育形式。主要内容为相关知识的宣教,按时巩固治疗的重要性,饮食起居的指导,感染性发热及鼻出血时的应急措施,心理卫生指导,定期电话随访。结论增进了医患交流,增强了患者与家属对疾病的认识,对减少本病复发和提高治愈率有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the acute lymphobtastic leukemia patients discharged from hospital when the role of health education. Methods 32 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients and their families using one-on-one form of education. Main contents of the missionaries for the relevant knowledge,on-time consolidation of the importance of diet and personal guidance,fever and i nfection,epistaxis emergency measures,mental health guidance,regular telephone follow-up.Conclusions The promotion of the doctor-patient communication and enhanced the patients and their families understand the disease,to reduce the recurrence of the disease and improving the cure rate is important.
