临床护士锐器伤害的原因调查分析与对策

Investigation and Prevention of Medical Sharp Instrument Injury among Clinical Nurses

目的了解临床护士锐器伤的发生情况、防护现状及相关知识掌握情况,并探讨相应的防护对策。方法对我市3家二级(含二甲)以上医院的部分临床护士发放自行设计的医疗锐器伤问卷调查表,进行回顾性调查后进行统计分析。结果200名护士都发生过不同程度的医疗锐器伤,发生率为96.5%,其中1年内发生针刺伤508次,年刺伤率人均发生2.5次;安瓿损伤196次,人均发生1次;其他锐器伤70次,人均发生0.35次。结论临床护士的自身防护意识淡薄,医院存在制度不健全,补救措施不及时。

Objective To reveal current situation of the occurrence,prevention and mastering correlated knowledge about medical sharp instrument injurics among clinical nurses and discuss the corresponding prevention measures.Methods Investigated 200 nurses in three grade 2 hospitals of our city by distributing the self-designing questionnaire about sharp instrument injuries,then performed the retrospective statistical analysis.Results All of the 200 nurses were sufferred from sharp instrument injuries on different frequency,the incidence was 96.5percents.Conclusion Protection consciousness of clinical nurscs is weak,correlated institution is insufficient,salvage measure is not timely.
