60例血液透析患者抑郁状况的调查分析

目的了解血液透析患者的精神抑郁状况,使患者能得到有针对性的心理干预,提高整体护理的质量。方法采用Zung编制的抑郁自评量表(SDS)对60例血液透析患者进行问卷调查。结果68.3%的血液透析患者存在不同程度的抑郁症状,轻度33.3%,中度21.7%,重度13.3%;在分组比较中,中年组抑郁发生率偏高,且血液透析患者抑郁发生率与性别、年龄、文化程度无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论血液透析患者抑郁发生率偏高,临床医护人员应高度重视,给予心理干预,促进病人的身心健康。
