老年人睑袋的手术治疗

目的研究皮肤和眼轮匝肌严重松弛性睑袋的手术治疗技术。方法选择52例60～70岁老年睑袋患者为研究对象。根据下睑皮肤、眼轮匝肌、眶隔组织过度松弛,眶隔内脂肪明显突出的特点,去除多余下睑皮肤及多余眶内脂肪,将下睑肌皮瓣在眶下缘、眶外侧缘充分游离,向外上轻轻牵拉、展平,缩短眼轮匝肌并行外眼角骨膜部缝扎、悬吊。结果52例病人随访6个月～2年,刀口痕迹不明显,眶下皱纹不明显,无眶隔脂肪脱垂,无一例睑外翻。结论对老年人睑袋,缩短眼轮匝肌,行外眼角骨膜部缝扎、悬吊,能充分去除松弛的皮肤,术后眶下区皮肤平整,鼻唇沟变浅,不会出现睑外翻。

Objective To research the operative technique for the protruding lower eyelid bag in the older patients.Methods 52 cases of palients were chosen in the study. During the blepharoplasty for older patients with the loosen skin,orbital muscle and fat in the lower eyelid,undermining undcr the skin was carried out and extra skin,muscle and fat were excised,In order to smooth the lower eyelid,ordital muscle flaps were anchered to the lateral border of the orbital.Results 52 cases of patients were follow-up 6 months to 2years after operaiion.Satisiactory results have been achieved without sear and wrinkles.Conclusion The comprehevsive technique in the paper is effective for lower eyelid blepharoplasty in older patients.
