摘要
目的探讨射频消融对进展期胰腺癌治疗的安全性。方法回顾性分析2002年1月至2007年12月间对70例不能切除的进展期胰腺癌病人行射频消融治疗发生的并发症资料。结果所有病人都有短期的发热症状，部分有一过性的血清淀粉酶升高，无腹腔出血、腹腔感染、急性胰腺炎发生，胰瘘2例，上消化道出血1例，血管并发症1例，术后总的并发症发生率为5．71％（4／70），但其中导致死亡2例，发生率为2．86％（2／70）。结论对于进展期胰腺癌射频治疗是安全可行的，但由于可能出现致命性严重并发症，必须要慎重。
Objectives To evaluate the safety of radiofrequency ablation （RFA） for unresectable advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods During January 2002 to December 2007, seventy patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were treated by open cool-tip RFA. Clinical records of complications were retrospectively studied. Results Temporary fever occurred in all patients, and transient elevated blood amylase occurred in part of patients, and no eeliae bleeding, no celiac abscess, no acute severe pancreatitis. The incidence of post-operation complications was 5.71 % （4/70）, and the mortality was 2.86% （2/70）. In the four cases, two were pancreatic leakage, one was upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and the other was vassular complication. Conclusions Radiofrequency ablation for advanced pan- creatic tumors is generally safe and feasible. However, it may cause severe and life threatening complications. The management of RFA must be prudent and careful.
