摘要
根据建筑施工企业分散性和流动性的行业特点,总结了目前建筑施工企业培训管理存在的问题,对建筑施工企业人力资源管理的培训管理如何适应当前形势提出一些建议,以达到提高企业竞争力的目的。
In view of the dispersity and liquidity characteristics of construction enterprises the questions exised in training management in construction enterprises at present are summarized, at the same time some suggestions are proposed for human resources management and training to suit to present situations in order to increase the competitive power of enterprises.
