摘要
分析了工程项目施工合同管理中存在的问题,提出了加强施工合同管理的建议,通过具体工程实例研究了合同索赔的几个方面,强调了索赔中应注意的问题,以规范施工合同管理,提高工程项目的经济和社会效益。
Existing problems in project construction contract management are analyzed, suggestions of strengthening construction contract management are provided, based on concrete project, some aspects of contract claiming are studied, attention problems in claiming are emphasized, so as to standard the construction contract management and improve economical and social benefit of the project.
