摘要
指出房屋拆迁冲突是一个综合问题,但现阶段主要集中于经济纠纷方面,从冲突利益方识别入手,运用经济学中的价格理论,对房屋拆迁中的利益冲突进行了分析,提出了调节利益冲突的方法,以期解决房屋拆迁冲突问题。
The author points out that the house removal conflietion is a comprehensive problem, but it mainly centralizes on aspect of economical dispute in the current station, the author also commences on identifying confliction beneficiary parties, analyzes the benefit confliction in house removal based on the price theory in economic, and provides methods of mediating benefit confliction, so as to solve the confliction prob- lems of house removal.
