针对建设单位开展建设项目投资效益评价面临的现状,提出了深化投资效益评价的对策,并阐述了建设单位开展建设项目投资效益评价的主要内容,以加强建设项目的投资效益评价,实现建设项目的可持续发展。

This paper proposes ways of deepening evaluation of returns on investment in accordance with such evaluation situations in constructional unit, and states main content of such kind of evaluation in order to strengthen it as well as realize continuing unit of constructional projects.
