以某水电站隧道施工过程的工程实践为依据,对常规围岩变形监控量测及围岩变形跟踪监测系统进行了阐述,并对围岩表面二次应力场的现场测试及滞后变化监测作了研究,以期及时获取围岩变形动态信息。
