摘要 采用碱沉淀法回收制革污泥,经生物氧化浸出技术脱毒后得到的含铬浸出液中的铬。结果表明:调整合适的pH值是保证废液中铬浓度的非常关键的指标,沉淀的最佳pH值为8.5~9.0。沉淀剂沉淀效果研究发现:综合考虑操作条件、经济效益,双碱混用比较合适。提高温度有利于铬的回收。对纯MgO作沉淀剂得到的沉淀物开展研究,结果表明:沉淀剂物镁的含量过高,说明在沉淀反应时,MgO浪费很大,需要进一步研究,提高MgO的利用率。 The tannery sludge was reclaimed with alkaline precipitator. The chromium from chromium lixivium which came from bioleaching was obtained. It shows that the suitable pH value is the key for the good chromium content and the optimal pH is 8.5 - 9.0. And the mixed precipitator is easier for operation and more economical. Higher temperature is helpful for chromium recovering. The precipitate using MgO as a precipitator was investigated. It indicates that the content of Mg in the precipitate is too high, which shows the utilization ratio of MgO is low. So the further study of improving the MgO utilization ratio should be carried out.
