摘要
以丙烯酸甲酯和二乙醇胺为主要原料,通过Michael加成反应制备了单体N,N-二羟乙基-3-胺基丙酸甲酯,该单体经过缩合聚合反应,得到端基为羟基的超支化聚(胺-酯),再用顺丁烯二酸酐对聚合物端基进行改性,制备了一种新型超支化铬鞣助剂HP。对其合成过程及聚合产物的结构进行了表征。应用试验表明:在常规铬鞣过程中,使用2%的铬鞣助剂HP,可以显著降低废液中三氧化二铬的含量,使铬鞣剂的吸收率大于95%,同时可以赋予革坯优良的丰满性和柔软性。
Hyperbranched poly (amine -ester) was prepared by 1, 1, 1 -trimethylolpropane (as a core molecule) and N, N - diethylol - 3 - amine methylpropionate ( as an AB2 monomer). The later was synthesized via Michael addition of methyl acrylate and diethanolamine with one step method. Then the hyperbranched poly ( amine - ester) was reacted by maleic anhydride to ob- tain a new hyperbranched polymeric chrome tanning auxiliary (HP) with various functional groups. The synthetic procedures and structure of products were studied. Application experimental results show that HP can improve the absorption of chrome salt when 2% HP was used in the chrome tanning process. And the absorptivity of chrome is over 95%. Besides, the leather has excellent fullness and softness.
