喉癌和不典型增生上皮细胞的P53蛋白表达与S期组分

DETERMINATION OF EXPRESSION OF P53 PROTEIN,S PHASE FRACTION IN THE CELLS OF LARYEAL CARCINOMA AND DYSPLASIA

应用免疫组织化学方法和流式细胞技术对喉癌和不典型增生上皮的Ｐ５３蛋白表达和细胞周期中Ｓ期组分进行了研究，结果显示Ｐ５３蛋白在轻度、中度、重度不典型增生上皮的表达率分别为４０００％、６０００％、７１４３％和７３６８％，声带息肉、不典型增生上皮和喉癌的Ｓ期组分分别为３４５１％、５０１８％和６２２０％。其中有８例在２种指标中均为阳性，有两例均为阴性。结果表明Ｐ５３蛋白免疫组化和Ｓ期组分的测定对癌前病变的定性诊断具有重要意义。两种指标联合使用使诊断更准确可信。

おhe expression of P53 protein and S phase fraction in the cells from larygeal carcinoma and dysplasia were investigated by using immunohistochemical and flow cytometry techniques respectively.The result showed that the expression rates of P53 proteinin in the cells from dysplasias of mild,moderate,severe degrees and carcinoma were 40.00%,60.00%,71.43% and 73.68% respectively,S phase fractions of the cells were 34.51%,50.18% and 62.23% in vocal cord polyps,dysplasia and carcinoma,respectively.Both P53 proteins and S phase fractions in 8 samples of dysplasias were tested postively and in 2 samples were tested negtively.The results suggested the determination of both the expression of P53 protein and S phase fraction were practical and more accurate in qualitative diagnosis of dysplasias.
