免疫磁性微珠在HCG定量检测中的批间稳定性研究 被引量:1

摘要 用悬浮聚合法制备了六批磁性微珠,其表面有相同量的胺基功能基团;用戊二醛一步法,对αHCG单抗标记了碱性磷酸酶,用βHCG单抗制备了磁珠一抗,测得HCG浓度为500mU/ml、250mU/ml、100mU/ml时的OD值CV偏差分别为46%、68%和70%。 ? Prepared 6 groups magnetic beads with suspended polymerization, there are the same amounts of amino functional groups in the surfaces of IMBS. The αHCG antibodies were conjugated with the alkaline phosphatase by glutaraldehyde onestep method, and the βHCG antibodies bound to the IMBS with soft chemical reaction. The CIA test demonstrated that the coefficient of variation of absorption at 550 nm respectively is 4.6%, 6.8% and 7.0% when the HCG respective concentration is 500 mU/ml, 250 mU/ml and 100 mU/ml.
