摘要
用悬浮聚合法制备了六批磁性微珠,其表面有相同量的胺基功能基团;用戊二醛一步法,对αHCG单抗标记了碱性磷酸酶,用βHCG单抗制备了磁珠一抗,测得HCG浓度为500mU/ml、250mU/ml、100mU/ml时的OD值CV偏差分别为46%、68%和70%。
? Prepared 6 groups magnetic beads with suspended polymerization, there are the same amounts of amino functional groups in the surfaces of IMBS. The αHCG antibodies were conjugated with the alkaline phosphatase by glutaraldehyde onestep method, and the βHCG antibodies bound to the IMBS with soft chemical reaction. The CIA test demonstrated that the coefficient of variation of absorption at 550 nm respectively is 4.6%, 6.8% and 7.0% when the HCG respective concentration is 500 mU/ml, 250 mU/ml and 100 mU/ml.
