摘要
随着信息化社会的迅速发展、消费者方便、快捷型购物需求的上升以及传统销售成本压力的加大,直复营销在我国已成为一种新颖而有效的营销手段。一个有效的营销数据库是企业开展直复营销的基础。数据库是否精准,是否能够和消费者建立一对一的沟通,是达到直复营销效果的关键。银行拥有海量精准的客户信息数据,并且适宜进行客户细分等深度开发。目前,越来越多的企业开始利用银行客户数据库进行精准直复营销,应用前景非常广阔。本文介绍了目前国内基于银行客户数据库的直复营销模式,并对该模式进行分析和总结。
