Through diagnosis of the current situation of construction claim management of a large number of railway and highway projects, the paper points out construction enterprises＇ main problems in construction claims, and puts forward a series of solutions to strengthening construction claim management on contractors＇ standpoint, combined with railway and highway construction management characteristics. These solutions will play an important role in contractors＇ strengthening construction claim management, improving project management and increasing project income.
