Study the Vocational Carrier Plan and Employment Guidance of College Student——Illustrated by Logistics Management Specialty of Higher Vocational Education

通过对本院物流管理专业学生的就业情况调查及职业生涯规划、就业指导实践的分析,探讨高职院校职业生涯规划课程的设置与就业指导的实施,提高学生就业竞争力,提高学生的综合素质,以帮助学生确立正确的择业观,提高适应社会的能力。

The research was based on questionnaires of the employment situation about the undergraduate of logistics management specialty in our college, and the vocational carrier plan and employment guidance works. Studied how to put the vocational carrier plan and employment guidance in practice, presented the realization methods and ways to improve the carrier competition power and integration capabilities of the students, in order to help the students build up the correct carrier ideality and accommodate themselves to the society.
